A weekend with the team works better when nobody has to sit in a hotel breakfast room at six in the morning. Holiday apartments give groups something hotels rarely do: their own kitchen and a room to sit together in the evening.
What is different about corporate bookings
You need a proper invoice with the company address and, where relevant, a VAT number. Please tell us before we issue it – changing it afterwards is tedious.
If you need several apartments for the same dates, enquire early. Two units in the same building can sometimes be combined, but not in every week.
And an honest word: parties are not possible in our apartments. There are neighbours in the building. A team evening with cooking and conversation, yes. A party, no.
Turracher Höhe: the winter classic
43 kilometres of piste of every grade, fully covered by snowmaking, plus a snowpark. At 1,763 metres the season lasts longer than elsewhere in Carinthia – usually from late November into April.
Anyone who does not ski can walk the cleared winter paths, take a toboggan, or ride the Nocky Flitzer, the alpine coaster that runs in the snow as well.
After a day outside: the Almzeit chalet apartment has its own sauna. For a group that normally only meets each other through screens, that is worth more than a spa shared with thirty strangers.
Gerlitzen Alpe: short distances, big views
The apartments are right by the top station at 1,440 metres. For a group that means no ski bus, no hunt for parking, and everyone coming down and back up at their own pace.
In summer the high ropes course with 15 circuits, the 3D archery course in the adventure arena and guided walks across the pastures all work well. These are activities anyone can join without owning equipment.
Lake Ossiach: for the summer
The cycle path around the lake, sailing and stand-up paddling, plus destinations like Landskron Castle with its eagle arena and the monkey mountain. If it rains: the Warmbad thermal spa in Villach or the show mines at Bad Bleiberg.
